Description Frank Schönheit 2008-05-06 09:06:59 UTC
The about dialog ("Help / About") already features displaying the build id of
OOo, by reading the "buildid" property from the .versionrc/version.ini file.
However, this property misses an information which I consider important: The MWS
of the build.
That is, a OOo 2.2 displays "680m14(Build:9134)", a 2.3 displays
"680m5(Build:9221)", a 2.4 displays "680m12(Build:9286)". In all cases, the UPD
(680) is shown, but the MWS name (OOF680, OOG680, OOH680) is completely missing.

I would consider it useful to display this information, too. The attached patch
implements this.

This issue is closed automatically and wasn't rechecked in a current version of
OOo. The fixed issue should be integrated in OOo since more than half a year. If
you think this issue isn't fixed in a current version (OOo 3.1), please reopen
it and change the field 'Target Milestone' accordingly.
