Every drawing involves some duplication, some require a lot. For these drawings,
it is inefficient to hit Ctrl-C and then Ctrl-V (especially if you are used to
other applications that support Ctrl-D).

Please add support for this keyboard shortcut; it does not necessarily have to
be shown as a new Duplicate item in the Edit menu.
