OOo Writer 3.0 Beta

When you go to Tools > Language > For Selection [or For Paragraph] > More and
click this brings up the Character dialog box.

However if you go  Tools > Language > For All Text > More and click this brings
up the Options â€“ Language Settings â€“ Language dialog box which I assume as the
user is seeking to change or verify a particular language not to check or change
a character and is the correct action.

I have reproduced this on PC platform, Windows Vista Home Premium OS with 
version DEV300m37.

Tools > Language > For Selection > More opens Character dialog,
Tools > Language > For Paragraph > More opens Character dialog.

Tools > Language > For All Text > More  opens  Options â€“ Language Settings â€“ 
Languages dialog
