OOo 3.0 m_13, WinXP SP2

Open a Base file, change to table section.
click on 'Create View...' nothing happens.
Select menu item Insert>View Design, nothing happens.
Select menu item Insert>View simple, nothing happens.

Context menu 'Create as View' for a Query object does still work.
