Hm, the link to OOo-Dev_BEA300_m2_Win32Intel_install_en-US.exe works just fine for me. And this is a functional equivalent to the beta. Feel free to reopen the issue if there are further problems. 120 != 144 Yes, the link works, if the only requirement is that it returns a file (whether or not the file returned is the same as advertised on the site text surrounding the link). BUT! The website advertises a 120MB file WITHOUT JRE included. The file returned is 144MB? It's with or without JRE? Seems like +24MB means with JRE? If the file is correct, WITHOUT JRE, then the web page text needs an update to 144MB to avoid confusion. Not a large bug, an easy fix, if this is all. Understand my confusion? Where does this 120MB number come from? Merely a typo? Or a script pulls it in from somewhere? 120 != 144 Now I understand what produces te confusion. Joost, please correct the size mentioned on the download pages. Thank you for the efforts, it has been corrected! I hope the other numbers are correct too. ;-) . closing issue |
