Currently only "Order by Relevance" available; this is the standard setting.
Advanced Search needs "Order by Date" to search through issues, starting with
the most recent ones.

The IssueTracker provides the capability to sort query results by date.

That said in general "Order by date" is a helpful mean to help with the
efficiency in searching. Unavailability of this feature has the effect that one
abandons the internal search and uses internet search services.

Based on the internal discussion "Search" (as of CEE architecture) is not a
candidate for date ordering.Hence marking as Wontfix
