Currently the RPM dependency generation is disabled in vanilla OOo builds
(AutoPreReq=No) with the exception of some fake entries for the
gnome-integration package.

The latter just broke (see issue 89711) and we should consider creating proper
dependencies inside of the faked environment Hamburg RE uses for building.
