Whevener I attempt to save using any of the open office apps, the program will
lock up completely.  Upon ending the process manually, it will say that the
attempted recovery succeeded, after which a blank document will load.  the two
problems are that I am not able to save at all, and that the recovery feature
may be faulty as well.
