The issue-query page offers a "Sort by" listbox. In the past one was able to
choose "Sort by Issue number", or "Sort by priority" and others.

This option is now broken. The only entries available are <empty>,",<empty>
again (and if you did a query, you might see "reuse same order as last time" as
well.
