Description scls19fr 2008-07-07 09:49:52 UTC

I'm using OOo Calc to make a csv file.
In fact I have to paste the resulting text of a csv file in a textbox in a web
I start OOo calc make a very minimal file
(2 lines 2 columns)
I save it as csv file (separator is ";")
I select my data (in OOo Calc) copy them in the clipboard.
If I paste them in Firefox, data is not like in the csv file
I could be very usefull....
It could avoid me to open the csv file with a text editor, select it,
copy it...

Best regards

reassigning features and enhancements to user which
will be the default owner for those tasks (was introduced some time ago)

I have the same work flow: copying from a sheet via clipboard into a textbox of a web-application.
Copying with CTRL-C results in a text chunk in the clipboard (in addition to formats which contains the complete information, which is also understood by excel)
This text chunk is always a TAB-separated text file (independent how you saved it)!

In my web application I use this format (using the php fgetcsv function).
