- start writer
- select "View->Toolbars->Customize"
- select "toolbars" tab
- select an item (e.g. "PDF export directly")
- select "Modify->Change Icon..."
-> poof

found in DEV300m23 on at least mac and linux

maveric asked on IRC whether this could be included in 3.0

attached patch avoids the crash, but obviously it was unexpected that an empty
interface was in the list of graphics, so perhaps a real fixed is more involved.

Confirmed for Mac OS X DEV300_m23 and BEB300_m3. 

Changing Version to 3.0 Beta 2.

I'm able to reproduce on linux (openSuSE 10.3, KDE 3.5.9) with OOoDEV300_m23
(compiled out of OOo-CVS). The office crashes.
