Description ostkamp 2008-07-16 19:40:30 UTC
This bug is reproducible with OOo_3.0 Beta 2 (also in OOo 2.4.1) original OOo
builds on OpenSuSE 10.3 i386 Linux.

1. Open the attached spreadsheet and keep it open.
2. By opening 'Styles and Formatting' and applying right mouse entry 'Modify'
verify that in the 'Numbers' field, there is a special definition of Category,
Format and Format Code. You should also see this in effect in cell A1.
3. File - New - Spreadsheet
4. File - Templates - Organize
5. Click on the listed docs in the middle and expand entries until styles are listed
6. Use Ctrl+Left Mouse to do a drag & drop copy of special Euro style to new
document
7. Close box
8. Use F11 to open 'Styles and Formatting' dialog for new doc, if not already
open, make sure to look at the correct one belonging to the new doc!
9. Use right mouse context menu on Euro style to enter 'Modify' dialog
10. In the 'numbers' field you can see that attribute values for Category,
Format and Format Code are lost. This is a bug as these entries were defined
differently in the original document where the style has been copied from.

I also have reports that the same can be reproduced on WindowsXP.

Regards

Guido
