Opening with Calc a workbook with pivot table (generated by Excel 2003 sp2), the
Data Pilot is not shown correctly, but it's working: the field selection tools
on layout are invisible opening the file, but refreshing the table (or
restarting the wizard) selection tools become visible and usable.
