Sometimes it is necessary to have the coordinates of XTextRanges (e.g. for sort
purposes). Jumping with the viewcursor is the only way to achieve this.
To not confuse the user and to avoid screenupdating, the controllers can be locked.

If so, the of the cursor is wrong.

The point depends on formatting, the printer driver etc., but should not depend
on locked controllers, see the attached example.
