OOo has an option to remove personal data from documents when being saved, like
the name of the author. Configurable via extras, options, security.

At least for saving in MS Office formats (DOC, XLS, PPT), this only works when
the document has been saved in ODF prior to exporting into DOC/XLS/PPT.

How to reproduce:
- Create a new document with the setting to remove personal data
- Save as DOC
- Open in Word or Word Viewer => author name is shown
- Save as ODF
- Then save as DOC
- Open in Word or Word Viewer => author name is NOT shown

Found in 2.4.1 and 3.0 beta running on Windows
