Add image.
RMB on the image -> caption -> set some caption.
RMB on the image -> caption -> 

Now there is a problem, you can't edit the caption this way, you can only add 
captions to image. Yes, you can edit caption directly, but if you want to 
change numbering style the problems begin.

If the caption exists the second and further "caption" function should allow 
user to edit existing caption, not add another one.
