1. Create a writer document
2. File->Wizard->Other Adress Datasource...
3. Select "Other external DataSouce"
4. Click "Next" button
5. Click the only button in main panel and click "Next" button at the bottom of 
the dialog
6. Select "MYSQL(ODBC)" and click "Next" button
7. Click "Finish" button

The error message goes garbage. Please see the attachment.

Hello redflagzhulihua,
as this issue is over two years old: have you tested it with a newer version of
OOo like OOOm330m4 or the like? Does this issue still exists there? And with
which OS/architecture have you tested it? I have no Chinese system here to test,
so I am sorry, that I cannot help any more ... :(
