1. New any document(sw,sc,sd)
2. Click "Insert" on main menu bar at top.
3. Drop down to the "Object" selection and then click on "Plug in" selection.
4. When dialog box opens click on the "Browse" button under the "file/ULR" edit 
window.
5. Browse to a fair sized PDF file, Adobe 8.0 or higher, and select it.
6. Enter Chinese“,;:â€in the "Options" Edit.
7. Click OK
8. Crash.

NOT reproducible with server installation of "AOO 4.1.0-Dev – English  UI / English locale - [AOO410m1(Build:9750)  -  Rev. 1554003 - 2014-01-06]" on German WIN7 Home Premium (64bit)", own separate user profile.
