1. open MS Office Excel.
2. click the "chart" button on the toolbar to insert an empty chart.
3. save the document.
4. use OpenOffice.org to open the saved .xls file.
Result is the OpenOffice.org crashed.

It's the same issue as 92427. If you create the document in OOo or in Excel
isn't a difference here.
