1. click "Forms" icon in Database pane
2. click "Use Wizard to Create Form"
3. select Table1 in "Tables or queries"
4. move all of entries from "Available fields" to "Fields in the form"
5. Click "Next" 
6. Check "Add Subform", Click "Next"
7. move some of entries from "Available fields" to "Fields in the form"
8. Click "Next"
9. Click "Next"   //You can see a form with a subform in the window behind
10. Click "Back" 3 times   //Back to "Decide if you want to set up a subform
11. Uncheck "Add Subform" 
12. Click "Next" 4 times  //You can see the subform always exists
13. Click "Finish" button   //Subform still exists.

reopen issue because it's not fixed at least under Linux
If you follow the description nothing happened when you click on the FINISH
button in step 13
