Steps
create table
add some text below table and above
(1) try to select table and text starting from table -- impossible (bug)
(2) do the same but start from text -- possible (ok)

Selection should be symmetric -- when you have points A and B in mind it 
should be no difference if you select from A to B or from B to A.
