The new text attribute "ignore" (spelling) has to be used instead the language
none attribute. See following specification for details (tracked changes is active):

SBA->TL: As discussed:
 - Removed this issue from CWS tl56. (No code changes made)
 - Reopened issue.
 - Adjust summary, set target to OOo 3.2
