These functions, on the status bar, respond perfectly to mouse clicks but fail
to respond when assigned to keys. I assigned "Zoom In" to Ctrl+Shift+I and "Zoom
Out" to Ctrl+Shift+O. These key presses, however, produce no effect whatever.

The "Zoom-in" and "Zoom-out" functions in the "Customize.Keyboard" bindings
dialog do not work at all when assigned to a key short cut. In addition to the
mentioned bindings I also tested with Ctrl-8 and Ctrl-9 - same result.
This was also the case in OOo 2.x.

Also true in OpenOffice OSX 3.0.1 (and test builds of 3.1.0 to date).
