This one seems to me as invalid. Try color green{vec F} = color red {m} cdot color blue vec {bold {a}} See the page 14 of the formula how to -> http://documentation.openoffice.org/HOW_TO/formula/Formula_HowTo_1_0.pdf See also issue 5156. > See the page 14 of the formula how to
That's the problem right there. The user needs to read at least the first 14
pages of a PDF document to change the colour of text. The equation editor syntax
should be used for changing the equation, not the markup.
Just like in the regular window of Writer one can highlight text and select an
appropriate colour, so should the equation editor have this ability. I am
changing the title of this bug to reflect the fact that text formatting is
possible, but not ideal. Thank you for pointing that out, Troodon.
You're welcome! :-) Now this issue seems to be related to issue 90828 :-) Reassigned to requirements. Issue 5156 is asking for more colours, issue 90828 is asking to add the existing colours to the context menu. This bug started off asking for the ability to add colours, which would make it invalid. I suggest marking this bug as invalid. I have researched equation markup in OOo and I have filed this bug suggesting change: http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=93098 Sorry for the noise. Please mark as invalid. |
