changed, 
it should expect only one open document.

there is no defect; the last document is not being closed if the issue #27370#
is happening in the test case; that is normal; Just to be clear the last
document will be always closed.

Since issue #27370 is set to invalid. Seems dependent on future development
(OOo-Later)

Therefore closing.
