The closing, minimizing... buttons of the little  floating toolbar windows are still in the old fashion of x11 
and not in the apple aqua-stile. In NeoOffice 2.24 this is already resolved(??!!)

I made a little screenshot, but could not insert it in this message.

General problems of Toolbars are "Framework" component.

I think this is more a VCL problem
