DataPilot´s layout consists of different types of fields:

* Page Fields
* Column Fields
* Row Fields
* Data Fields

However, when you open the options dialog for any type of field, the caption in
the title of this dialog would be "Data Field" instead of a caption with the
correct field type.

See the attached PNG-file with screenshots that demonstrate this problem.

In addition: I would suggest to add the field name to the title rather than
showing the field name on the bottom of the dialog.
