Distribution: Mandrake 8.1, Gnome Desktop
When I click the show navigation pane button or the hide navigation pane button
in the help window, the window moves up by approximately the size of the title
bar. This means that if the window is at the top of the screen, I can no longer
access the title bar and I have to kill it from the panel.

Changing this to Framework.  They are the ones to handle this.

We had only the problem, that the window will move by playing hide and
expand the Navigation pane. It doesn't occur in Beta1 anymore.
