Under Tools>Customize>Keyboard, Category: Insert, Function: menu item
 Formula appears twice; only the 2nd one seems to work.

The first one is the writer formula as used in writer tables, the second one is
the  Math OLE-object.
Unfortunately the keyboard dialog has neither icons nor explaining texts, but
you see the difference, if you go to the symbol bar dialog.
I think, that there is already an issue to improve the keyboard dialog, but have
not searched yet.
