Description jameslee 2002-11-24 10:26:54 UTC
When printing a text document with an included EPS graphic that requires
resource to be included these are not put in the main prologue.

The %%DocumentNeededResources requests from the entire docuument should be
correlated and including into the main list in the prologue. There are other
directives besides this that need copying, it's all in the Adobe manul.

This is serious as the resources for an EPS are then not included.

See the Adobe EPS manual, it's section H3 in the appendices of the L2 book I
can't locate it in the L3 specification, sorry I'm getting bored with this, this
is the 4th bug in the DSC I've found in a day and I'm not even looking for them,
more keep appearing, I don't think I'm done yet, perhaps a proper review of the
whole lot is needed? Try asking me.

This will mean parsing the EPS.

BTW. if you're interested in OOo's DSC you should have a look at the
1.1 release candidate instead; some things were done to have better
conformance, but i will not claim that it is complete.

according to the announcement on releases
(http://www.openoffice.org/servlets/ReadMsg?list=releases&msgNo=7503) this issue
will be re-targeted to OOo Later.
