Enter text in callout with invisible background, is impossible in Writer

Writer document
Tooblar Drawing
Select one callout and drag it in the document
On the formatting toolbar, select background > invisible
Now try to enter text in the callout, or try F2
  > text cannot be entered.

No problem when there is a background color.
Also no problem if there is text first, and then the backgroud set to invisible.

Problem not found in Draw, but also in 2.4.1
Found in Linux and Windows version.

Actually it is possible to insert text: just do a double click onto the outline
of the callout and you can insert text. But the handling is difficult, I admit.

Reset assigne to the default "issues@openoffice.apache.org".
