File opened by me, are not reported as 'read only'if the same file is opened by 
an other user

@marco789: can you confirm this describes your problem?
If not, please provide more details (configuration, which type of documents, etc.)

This Issue requires more information ('needmoreinfo'), but has not been updated
within the last year. Please provide feedback as requested and re-test with the the latest version of OpenOffice - the problem(s) may already be addressed. 

You can download Apache OpenOffice 3.4.1 from http://www.openoffice.org/download

Please report back the outcome of your testing, so this Issue may be closed or
progressed as necessary - otherwise the issue may be Resolved as Invalid in the
future.

This should be testable.  We don't need to wait for the user to do this.

Probably DUP of "Bug 95809 - data loss using OOo3 concurrently with another editor (including OOo2) on the same network".

Please feel free to reopen this Bug if you find evidence that we have an independent issue here  (for example because the fix for the other bug does not work for you).
