amazing how quick you can crash ooo...

shortest way to reproduce crash here (on linux 2.6.22, 1 GB RAM):

1) Create new spreadsheet document
2) select the whole table by clicking the left upper column/row head cell (you
know what I mean ;-)
3) call data pilot with "current selection"
OOo crashes after a few seconds

Maybe this is a duplicate of bug #55266

I checked with "Ooo 3.0.0 RC3 Multilingual version German UI WIN XP: [OOO300m8
(Build9357)]" and can confirm the reported crash. OOo terminates after some time
with Message box "Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library: Runtime Error, Programm
....\soffice.bin, abnormal program termination.

I believe this is is a serious problem, it can happen easily that you select all
table accidentally before you launch Data Pilot.

And yes, I also belieev that this is a DUP of Issue 55266, but I still have to
do some forther tests to decide

This worked fine in version 2.4.

The problem seems to be only when you select the entire page. I used a large (
22,000 rows ) data pilot by selecting only the involved range. The reult was
lightining fast.
