Description hdu@apache.org 2008-10-31 12:23:53 UTC
The download links for the attached files e.g. in issue 92859 have invalid URLs such as http://www.openoffice.org/nonav/issues/showattachment.cgi/57600/100%.png

W3C states in http://www.w3.org/Addressing/URL/4_URI_Recommentations.html that
"The percent sign ("%", ASCII 25 hex) is used as the escape character in the encoding scheme and is never
allowed for anything else."

So the URLs are clearly invalid. What makes matters worse is that the attachments cannot even be
downloaded! Even with something like rewriting the problematic URL to http://www.openoffice.org/nonav/issues/showattachment.cgi/57600/100%25.png
