How to reproduce: 

1. Open this file with MSO 2003 Excel: All links are clickable.

2. Open this file with OOo 3.0.0 Calc: *SOME* links are not clickable
   while the texts are blue. See the screenshot below

Expected result: All links are treated the same and clickable.

I can confirm within version DEV320m1.
Probably duplicate of issue 31050.

only supports hyperlinks in text cells. That is because it inserts a hyperlink
textfield into the cell, while Excel stores the hyperlink as cell property. In
the attached file, the first cell contains text that looks like a number, the
other cells are numbers.

In your spreadsheet is cell formated as date.

Finally, this error is the difference of format in MS Excel & CALC.
So I hope this maybe fix with additional tools such as extension.
