The inserted movie and sound will be removed when save as .doc or .ppt files.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new text document in Openoffice.org Writer.
2. Select "Insert" from the menu bar.
3. Select "Movie and Sound" from the pop-up menu.
4. Insert a movie or a sound file.
5. Save this document as .doc (Microsoft Word 97/2000/XP) file.
6. Close this document.
7. Open the saved document, and the inserted movie or sound will be removed,
leaving only a frame.
