Easy you use the other layers, OOoDraw documents come with 3 default layers,  
this way you can have background design without getting in the way with layer 
on top of it. You can select different layers by clicking on the tags at the 
bottom of the document workspace. 

Just click any of the other two layers to work in it and put and move around 
the pictures. The design will be protected.

Thanks for the xmass special Community poster template!
I love it :)
It was me who asked you to create it when I thought it was a good idea for the
current season.  But we would like to use the Poster for all seasons :)
And since the Poster Part I was published on the Web, the design for Part I has
been loved by many people.  This proves the first design you made is really good.

Allow me to use the first design for Part II.

I have got some feedbacks, requests and corrections for Part II.
