Because editing of snap lines via context menu is currently broken (issue
94775), I want to assign the command to a short cut key. Looking up the .uno
command list in
http://framework.openoffice.org/files/documents/25/2570/commandsReference.html I
saw no command for it. But the dialog can be accessed via command "slot:27077"
and the short cut key with that slot command works as desired.

Same for "Delete Snap Line". An .uno command for "slot::27108" is missing too.
