If user A has a calc file open in OO V2.4 and user B then opens it in OO V3.0,
it opens for user B as read/write with no warnings, but then obviously can't be
saved. 

I believe it should open as read-only for user B (as it does if you open it
again with OO 2.4), or at least offer the 'open read-only', 'open copy' etc dialog.

I should add that this is with a file that is NOT marked as shared in OO 3.0.
Personally I think it would make more sense, for files that are not marked as
shared, to revert to the V2.4 behaviour of additional users only being able to
open the file as read-only.
