I'm not a seasoned user of Oo but want to use it cos its not MS. The extensions 
I have downloaded and installed all have the 'options' box greyed out and 
inaccessible and on some there is a padlock 'locked'. I have spent some 
considerable time scanning the blogs and forums (not all I expect). What 
haven't I done? :-). Also when I click on help at this point and view the 
associated page there is written in red in a red outline box 'D'oh! You found a 
bug (text/shared/01/packagemanager.xhp#sharedextnotes not found)' twice. Is 
this confusing me? Thanks
