Selecting the end-of-paragraph mark (CR) is impossible (except when the
following parag is also selected). It should be possible, for at least two reasons:
* so that user knows (before hitting Del, or ^c) if the string selected includes
the CR;
* When doing a search for style, the parag found is highlighted; but, if it's
empty, there is no regular text to highlight --puzzling; If the CR were
highlighted, the user could see what has been found.
