How to reproduce
1 Create a new Writer document or Calc and so on
2 Insert - HyperLink, HyperLink dialog appears, select 'New Document', 'Edit
now', slect a path to locate the new link document, then enter a name for the
new file. Pay attention: the total length of the file path and the file name
must be more than 261 characters,
e.g. '/home/tester/desktop/testtesttesttesttesttesttesttesttesttesttesttesttestt
esttesttesttesttesttesttesttesttesttesttesttesttesttesttesttesttesttesttesttestt
esttesttesttesttesttesttesttesttesttesttesttesttesttesttesttesttesttesttesttestt
esttesttesttesttesttesttesttesttesttesttesttesttesttesttesttesttesttesttest'
3 Specify the file type for the new document, e.g. 'Text Document', then
click 'Apply' button
4 Close HyepLink dialog, click 'OK' on OpenOffice.org 3.0 dialog
