Turn on RTL, and start up OOo. Choose "Open a Document" from the main screen.
The Windows filepicker window opens. Drag the window around a bit, and you'll
see that the dragging leaves behind portions that are not repainted properly.

Can't reproduce on Linux with OpenOffice.org 3.2.1 (OOO320m19). Didn't check on
Windows.

I could reproduce it with 3.3beta 1 (OOO330m3) on Windows XP. Screen shot attached.

Why to reproduce:
1. open oo.rg
2. move you mouse over all the icons (writer, calc...)
3. see the icons repaint in the wrong location.

does this happen in the Arabic version as well? Just thinking about another RTL
language....

This isn't an Hebrew issue but an RTL issue, see attached ar & fa screenshots.

@hi: please verify in CWS ooo33gsl10 (set environment variable SAL_RTL_ENABLED
to true and start office from shell/dos box)
