Here (OOoDEVm37 on German WinXP) the inserted cell gets always the font size 24pt and the cell height is adapted to that size. In addition the inserted cell gets the style of the assigned "Table design". It does not respect the font size and the border color of the cell from which it is split. Reproducible. Reassigned. *** Issue 105567 has been marked as a duplicate of this issue. *** I have tried it again with version DEV300m60. Now the cells are split equally.
