f'up issue for i 77853.
Mark an area of a RTL spreadsheet, and copy it to the clipboard. Paste it into a
draw/impress document and the columns are reversed. This happens even if the default
locale is set to an RTL language, and the paragraph  direction is RTL. 
Issue 77853 contains the fix for text documents.
