Can reproduce it with DEV300m37 on WinXP and Fedora

How to reproduce it
1 Open a new Writer document
2 Insert - Envelop, Envelop dialog opens, click 'Insert' button on this dialog
3 Insert - Fields - Page Number or Page Count, look at the inserted field

Result
Page Number or Page Count can's show, but the field is likely to insert.

Expectation
Can see Page Number or Page Count

This is "works as designed" here. For the Envelope page, have a look in the page
format - there for the page number format "none" is set. Giving a different
format type will also fill the field.
