1. start the office from a java process via Runtime.exec(soffice)
==>> f.e. the java wizards are not working. An error messages that the java is
defective is occurs.

This issue occur since m14 in version m13 this issue does not occur. 

Because of this issue the automatic testing tooling inside Sun QA not working
anymore on Solaris and so I set this issue to P1.
