[Steps]
1. Create a Writer doc
2. "View" -> "Toolbars" -> "Media Playback"
3. left-click the black arrow on the right of the "Media Playback" toolbar, and
select "Visible Buttons" from the drop-menu.

[Result]
1. In DEV300m37 on windows XP, there're 2 lines in "Visible Buttons" submenu.
But the second line is blank. It controls the playback buttons' display/hide on
the "Media Playback" toolbar.

2. In DEV300m38 on Linux, after step 2, the whole toolbar is blank.

[Expectation]
The toolbar and item can display normally.

MRU->AF: as described, in the "Media Playback" toolbar open the menu and see the
empty entry under "visible buttons".
Is not a Writer-only problem, occurs in every application in the mentioned
toolbar - thus I changed the "component".
