Reproducible with an OOo301rc, but the problem is best seen on the Aqua port because the native 
printer dialog has a nice print preview
- create a simple presentation, fill the sheet with something
- open the File->Print dialog
-> everything looks ok
- close the Printing dialog
- open the File->PrintPreferences
- enable the Contents->Notes checkbox
- close the PrintPrefs dialog
- open the File->Print dialog
-> everything looks smaller (even when no notes are available)
- close the Printing dialog again
- open the File->PrintPreferences again
-> the Contents->Notes checkbox seems to be disabled (we enabled it a few steps above!)
- now check the File->Print dialog again
-> the print preview looks smaller as if notes-printing was still enabled!
-> since the File->PrintingOptions->Contents->Notes is shown as disabled there is no way to really 
disable that option again

update: The related issue 98110 already got fixed in DEV300_m37.
What remains is just the issue with the "lost File->PrintingOptions->Contents->Notes checkbox setting".

correction: the already resolved part mentioned in the comment above was issue 95388.
