1.	As an administrator of Mac OS X 10.5.x: 
	System Preferences… | Accounts | Guest Account | 
	[√] Allow guests to log into this computer

—	comparable to kiosk mode

Thereafter, each guest who logs in to Mac OS X should be able to use OpenOffice.org quickly, and 
without interruption. 

OOo-dev requires four steps, at least one of which is inappropriate for unprivileged users.


= Suggestions for improvement =

Start centre should appear without interruption. 

Personal information _should not_ be required for read only actions (e.g. reading a document that is 
attached to an e-mail).

Personal information may be invited if/when the user edits something.

OOo _should not_ encourage the guest to check for updates (should not encourage running of any 
application that was not pre-installed by the administrator of the computer).

An invitation to register may be appropriate at quit, but not at launch. (First: please the guest, without 
interruption; invite registration only from users who are pleased.)
